Q:	Do I have to have blue prints for Norm Galyean Electric to perform work on my project?
A:	Sometimes you need blue prints to draw permits and if it is required, Norm Galyean Electric will provide this service. If prints are not needed, we will draw up sketches of the layout with dimensions so that the job is clearly defined.

Q:	Do I have to be home for Norm Galyean Electric to perform work at my house?
A:	No. Lots of our customers choose to leave gates, garage doors, back doors or side doors open to allow Norm Galyean Electric to access the necessary areas of the house while the customer is not at home. Some customers have chosen to leave a key or have a relative or family friend let the Norm Galyean Electric staff in to complete the job. If you are not available during the week and wish to be home while work is completed, we can arrange for work to be completed in the evenings or on Saturdays.

A:	Yes! We'd love to consult with you on your lighting use and suggest ways that you can minimize the amount of electricity you are using in your home including how to utilize low-watt and Compact Fluorescent Lighting (CFLs) to make your home lighting more environmentally friendly. Each of our estimates will include personal attention to lighting details and include all energy efficient possibilities for the implementation.

Q:	Can you install my new HDTV on the wall so the wires aren't showing?
A:	Yes! We can consult with you to determine if your new HDTV needs a separate or dedicated circuit and provide the installation on the wall so that none of the wires show.

Q:	Can you install my home entertainment system including surround sound?
A:	Yes! We can install your home entertainment system and optimize the installation for your home.
