Norm - the heartbeat of Norm Galyean Electric, Norm is the one who handles all aspects of customer interaction from phone calls and follow-up to dispatching electricians as necessary. Norm himself completes many of the jobs that Norm Galyean Electric provides. With over 35 years of experience, a keen eye for detail and a great respect for customer satisfaction, Norm makes it his personal mission to make sure that each client walks away happy.

Additional Staff - the best thing about Norm Galyean Electric is that Norm does not employ people that are not needed full time. In 1989, there were 27 employees on staff at Norm Galyean Electric and Norm found that it worked best to add additional employees as they were needed. Today, Norm is the principal at Norm Galyean Electric and when additional help is needed for larger jobs, Norm has the ability to outsource top talent immediately. Norm has worked with some of the best electricians in the area and has access to large numbers of them on short notice, so he can effectively scale his workforce in order to meet the needs of the project and not staff more employees than necessary.

All jobs include a review of blue prints, estimate of work, materials and scheduling and inspection by Norm. Anything that the job requires will be fulfilled by Norm including: drawing up permits (as necessary), meet with inspectors, negotiate contracts and schedule payments.

Warranty/Guarantee/Quality

California law requires a warranty/guarantee on labor and materials for 1 year and 3 years for the materials alone. As a businessman, Norm has gone above and beyond the law and provided warranty service on installations and materials that were outside of the warranty period required by California law.
